Peanut butter processing technological process

Peanut butter is made of high-quality peanuts, the finished product is the hard paste with rich fragrance of frying peanut. According to different tastes, peanut butter can be divided into two kinds: sweet and salty. It is the nutritive value accompaniment widely applied in western food.

1. Acceptance of raw material: Check the moisture and impurities of each batch of peanuts in the factory before use.
2. Roasting: roast the qualified peanuts in the peanut roasting machine under the temperature of about 180-185℃for about 20-25min. Peanuts have uniform color, no burnt phenomenon after roasting.
3. Cooling: put the roasted peanuts into the stainless steel cooling box for cooling.
4. Peeling and sieving: put peanuts in the peeling machine for peeling after cooling.
5. Color sorting: sort peanuts after peeling with the color sorting instrument.
6. Manual picking: remove foreign bodies, injured kernels, mildewed, burnt grain and impurities by manual picking after color sorting. 
7. Butter mixing: put the qualified peanuts in the peanut butter machine for coarse grinding with salt into the medium fineness of 100 mesh, then add stabilizer and related accessories in the stirring pot. Make the peanut butter heated to 100-110 ℃and stirred evenly with high-temperature sterilization. Then, grind the peanut butter again into fine and smooth finished product of 200 mesh. 
8. Filling: put the finished product of peanut butter into the customer designated packing for quantitative packaging.
9. Stability: put the packaged peanut butter in the stable room and pack after the products are in the stable state.
10. Packing: label the qualified products after inspection and put in storage.
11. Finished product inspection: inspection of each batch of product should be made before delivery, including the appearance, moisture, fat, protein, net content, the total number of colonies, packaging, labels and marks. Then, attach with certificate of quality before leaving the factory.
